Tennis Season 2016

Tennis 2015 - Team

Harvest high school tennis coach, Cliff Paulin, was able to see several “firsts” this quarter during the high school tennis season.

In a regular season match, one of his veteran seniors, Sophia Takasu, played a perfect game against her opponent and went on to earn 2nd place in the girls’ singles A in the all island meet.

The next “first” was getting to see freshman Mason Caldwell receive the boys’ league MVP award from the IIAAG. It’s rare for an underclassmen to get recognized as MVP, and it’s especially rare for the honor to be bestowed upon a freshman. This was the first MVP boys’ singles that Cliff Paulin has coached here at Harvest.

The last notable “first” for the Harvest Eagles Tennis team was in the all island doubles bracket. Harvest was able to sweep every doubles final for girls and boys in both A and B classes.

Thank you players, friends, and family for supporting our high school tennis team. We definitely can't wait for next season!
