Online Class Schedules
During this time, we recognize that some may experience financial hardship. We have outlined a plan in a recent email for helping with this burden. Check your inbox or contact us directly for more information. In order to facilitate the ongoing learning platform, the following tuition payment options are available:
- The school office is open for payments between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

- Thursday, March 26 - You will receive an email with a short video tutorial on how to access your child’s lesson plans and learning materials. This email will also contain an individual user ID and password to log-in to the learning management system (LMS) on FACTS/RenWeb.

We are still planning to offer our summer programs; however, this is contingent on the directions from the government and whether current restrictions are lifted.
Jr. High/High School
We are currently offering full schedules with modified workloads and live meeting times with the teachers. Students are attending their normally scheduled classes and communicating with their teachers through email, Zoom, and our Learning Management System.
Elementary teachers are offering a combination of pre-recorded video instruction and live Zoom sessions, to maximize the delivery of academic content, while also providing face to face interaction and assessment opportunities.
Each student has an adjusted workload compared to the normal class requirements. Teachers have carefully decided the most essential educational components to complete the academic year and are focusing on delivering quality material, while still providing flexibility for the needs of our families. Although the schedules and delivery format have changed, we are still committed to providing a quality product.
The academic work that K3-12th grade students are doing will count for credit and will prepare them to progress to the next grade level.
At this time, we are planning for a full year of on-campus activities beginning on August 13th.
With the current restrictions on island, we are limiting the supply pick up. If you would like your student’s books/supplies, please contact your student’s homeroom teacher and schedule a pick up time at our school office. The teacher will bring the supplies to the office.
The current plan is to hold a virtual ceremony for families and friends to enjoy. We will update our families as plans are finalized.
