Sohwi Jung, Morgen McCann, Harshitha Gogineni, Gavin Lee, Eddie Huang, James Jeong, and James Kim were selected as semifinalists for the 2018 National Merit Scholarship. These students were among the 1.6 million juniors across the world who took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) last year. Harvest students make up seven of the seventeen semifinalists on island. Five of our seven semifinalists have attended Harvest Christian Academy since kindergarten. Each of these students will now be competing for a place as a finalist and possible scholarship opportunities.
