HCA teacher, Janette Baker, was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer called choroidal melanoma in October 2016. This diagnosis made it necessary for her to travel to the States for emergency medical treatment and now needs to raise $50,000 to pay for her medical bills. Janette will be relocating to the States in December to have access to the best medical care.
The Harvest family would like to partner with her during this difficult time by hosting a rummage sale on Saturday, December 9 from 6:00 am to 9:00 am at the Harvest jetway. Proceeds from this rummage sale will go towards her medical expenses.
If you would like to donate items towards the rummage sale, please drop them off at the Main Office or at Imperial Apartments #9 by Friday, December 8. If you have any questions or would like to donate larger items, please contact our Main Office at 477-6341.
Please share this information with your family and friends and come support Janette.
